From Delaware, Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, Baltimore and Annapolis:

Take I-95 to exit 100 to Rt. 272 South, cross over Rt. 40 and go through the town of North East, about 1 mile outside of town, bear right 100 yards before the Texaco gas station (Hance Point Road), go 1/4 mile, make right onto Grandview Ave.(end of wooden fence), go to 2nd driveway and make a right, sales office is on the left

From Lancaster area:

Take Rt. 272 South then follow above directions to Mc Daniel Yacht Basin

From Maryland's Eastern Shore:

Take Rt. 50 to 301 North, follow to Rt. 313 North, to Rt. 213 North, to Rt. 40 West, follow to Rt. 272 South, follow above directions from there.

From Harrisburg & York Area, Pa.:

Take Rt. 83 South to 695 East to 95 North, follow above directions from there.
